Intent-First
Every build begins with structured, machine-readable intent. Not a feature request. Not a ticket. A verified specification that encodes the original why.
Platform Architecture
Five interdependent modules forming one Intent layer. Each module has a defined role. Together, they make sure AI builds what the business actually intends.
Platform Principles
Every build begins with structured, machine-readable intent. Not a feature request. Not a ticket. A verified specification that encodes the original why.
Rules don't live in documents. They're encoded into active logic that checks every decision against your principles.
Speed and alignment are not in opposition. The platform preserves human sovereignty at every layer, so AI velocity serves strategic intent rather than undermining it.
Module 01 — Intent Structuring
Ink is the entry point of the Blaugarnet platform. It transforms unstructured business intent, strategy documents, executive directives, product goals, into a structured, machine-readable intent specification the rest of the platform can act on.
Without Ink, intent is implicit. Implicit intent can't be verified. Ink makes the original why explicit, durable, and actionable across the entire build lifecycle.
Module 02 — Rules & Constitution
The Configurator is the platform's rule engine. It encodes an organization's principles, constraints, and approval chains into active logic that runs, not documents that get ignored.
Where Ink captures intent, the Configurator sets the rules around it. Every rule, every boundary, every escalation path is codified at the platform level, not left to individual judgment.
Module 03 — Build Execution
Forge is where intent meets execution. It coordinates AI-assisted software creation within the boundaries defined by Ink and the Configurator, making sure every build action is guided by structured intent.
Forge doesn't replace AI development tools. It makes sure they build the right thing. Every AI output processed through Forge is checked against the intent specification and the rules before it advances.
Module 04 — Coordination Layer
Modern AI-driven software development involves multiple AI specialists, human reviewers, approval workflows, and tool integrations. The Orchestrator provides the coordination layer that keeps all of these actors working within one shared context of intent and rules.
The Orchestrator doesn't manage tasks. It manages accountability, making sure every actor, human or AI, operates within the intent and rules the platform defines.
Module 05 — Role & Context Layers
Profiles define who sees what, who approves what, and who is accountable for what within the Blaugarnet platform. They maintain role-aware context across every participant in the software creation process.
Profiles are not just permission sets. They carry organizational context, reporting lines, domain expertise, and accountability relationships that the platform uses to route decisions to the right people with the right information.
Important Distinctions
Systems slowly diverge from business goals as minor model hallucinations compound over time.
Complete lack of visibility into how or why specific architectural decisions were made by the AI.
Humans are reduced to passive observers or overwhelmed by a firehose of unvetted AI output.
Every transformation is linked to a specific, approved business intent, ensuring perpetual alignment.
Full traceability for every change, enabling compliance and forensic analysis across the entire codebase.
Human authority is integrated directly into the decision loop, not added as an afterthought.
Integration
Blaugarnet is API-first. It does not replace your AI tools — it governs them. The platform sits above your existing stack, providing the governance and orchestration layer that makes every tool accountable to intent.
