Blaugarnet is named for a gemstone that shouldn't exist, one that holds two opposing states simultaneously, depending only on the light around it. We believe great software works the same way.
In nature, the blue garnet is a paradox. It remains deep, structured navy under the cool light of dawn, representing the stability and structure of an enterprise. Yet, under the warmth of incandescent light, it transforms into a vivid garnet red, the color of velocity, execution, and raw creation.
We founded Blaugarnet because modern AI development has become a high-velocity forge without a blueprint. Companies are generating code at speeds that outpace their ability to keep it aligned. They have the “Red” (Velocity), but they've lost the “Blue” (Clarity).
Our mission is to unify these states: to provide the intent layer that lets AI move at the speed of thought without sacrificing the structural integrity of the business.

Who's Behind Blaugarnet
Twenty-five years scaling AI and product ecosystems at Google and Adobe. Most recently he led solution architecture for Google's applied-AI organization, turning AI strategy into commercial reality across the Ads business; earlier, he ran a $50M services P&L and a 150-person organization at Adobe. He founded Blaugarnet to close the most consequential gap of the AI era: the distance between what a business decides and what its software actually builds.

Umakant leads Blaugarnet day to day, backed by advisors who have built and scaled product, engineering, go-to-market and AI research at companies including Google, Adobe, Amazon and Meta AI.
A Fulbright Scholar and PhD, Ousmane is an AI researcher with over a decade of experience at Meta AI, Amazon, and Element AI. He specializes in reinforcement learning and large language models, focusing on transforming cutting-edge AI research into impactful, real-world applications.
Nineteen years architecting data systems, digital marketing engines, and AI solutions across Adobe, bigbasket, and Dell. Earlier, he built and led an analytics organization of 25 consultants at bigbasket through its hypergrowth and Tata merger, while pioneering early GenAI operational models. A member of Adobe's foundational Multi-Solution Architecture group, he advised Fortune 500 enterprises on end-to-end MarTech transformations. He is also the founder of NMBL Solutions.
Twenty-six years of strong customer success & delivery experience with IT, Legacy Modernisation, Cloud-Native and AI platform implementations. He has worked with various mid to large sized organizations, with a strong focus on digital transformation across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Automotive business areas. Prior to Blaugarnet, he held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Wipro, GE, Genpact, Penske, Vitesse and WinWire. He completed an Engineering degree from NIT Surat & Management education from IIM Calcutta.
Over 16 years across growth and go-to-market, spanning B2B technology, ecommerce, fintech and payments, and healthcare technology. Her background includes revenue operations and the application of AI and agentic workflows to business and marketing processes. At Amazon Pay, she led sales and marketing operations for a $70M+ pipeline, then built a new U.S. ecommerce business to $5M+ in revenue. Earlier roles include Allscripts, TD Ameritrade, and other high-growth businesses.
