Blaugarnet is named for a gemstone that shouldn't exist, one that holds two opposing states simultaneously, depending only on the light around it. We believe great software works the same way.
In nature, the blue garnet is a paradox. It remains deep, structured navy under the cool light of dawn, representing the stability and structure of an enterprise. Yet, under the warmth of incandescent light, it transforms into a vivid garnet red, the color of velocity, execution, and raw creation.
We founded Blaugarnet because modern AI development has become a high-velocity forge without a blueprint. Companies are generating code at speeds that outpace their ability to keep it aligned. They have the “Red” (Velocity), but they've lost the “Blue” (Clarity).
Our mission is to unify these states: to provide the intent layer that lets AI move at the speed of thought without sacrificing the structural integrity of the business.

Who It's For
Twenty-five years scaling AI and product ecosystems at Google and Adobe. Most recently he led solution architecture for Google's applied-AI organization, turning AI strategy into commercial reality across the Ads business; earlier, he ran a $50M services P&L and a 150-person organization at Adobe. He founded Blaugarnet to close the most consequential gap of the AI era: the distance between what a business decides and what its software actually builds.
Twenty-five years architecting cloud-native and AI platforms. He spent two decades building large-scale healthcare and enterprise systems at Cerner and, after its acquisition, Oracle Health, progressing from engineer to architect to engineering leader, and has since co-founded and led engineering at two AI startups. At Blaugarnet he designs the systems that turn captured intent into verified, machine-readable execution.
