Blaugarnet is building the Intent Layer for AI-driven software — a layer that sits above the coding tools your team already loves and below business strategy. AI can now write most of the code. What it can't do on its own is make sure that what gets built is what the business actually intended, or prove who decided what, and why. Our product captures business intent from raw, messy sources, runs it through a governed, human-in-the-loop system that deliberates each decision from multiple expert perspectives, and produces human-authorized blueprints an AI agent can build from correctly, backed by a permanent, append-only record of every decision made along the way. Our enterprise product is live in early access; a self-serve product is on the near roadmap.

The role

We need a talented UI/UX Designer to create clear and easy interfaces for complex enterprise AI software. You will turn difficult artificial intelligence concepts into simple, user-friendly products for business clients. This role is PM-led day to day, with close founder involvement in design direction, working within an established design system.

What you'll own

• End-to-end design execution — design user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, and final user interfaces for web and mobile apps.

• Design systems — build and scale design systems in Figma that match enterprise brand guidelines.

• Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with our product managers and founder, alongside engineers, to understand AI capabilities and user needs.

• AI-native interfaces — design interfaces for AI features like chat prompts, workflows, data dashboards, automated insights, and real-time feedback loops.

• User research & testing — run user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions with enterprise clients.

• Workflow simplification — simplify complex workflows so business users can complete tasks quickly and accurately.

What you'll bring (required)

• Experience: 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with significant hands-on work on B2B SaaS or enterprise software products (required).

• AI Design Knowledge: Proven experience designing AI-native product interfaces — such as AI assistants/copilots, human review and approval workflows, citation or source-traceability surfaces, or confidence/uncertainty displays — beyond standard dashboards.

• Design Tools: Expert-level skills in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and component library management. User-Centered Design: Strong portfolio showing user research, wireframes, and end-to-end design problem solving.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to explain design choices to technical and non-technical team members.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Startup temperament — high agency, comfort with ambiguity, a bias to ship, and direct communication.

Nice to have

• Experience working within agile software development teams.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, or React) to partner better with developers.

• Experience designing data visualizations and complex analytics dashboards.Experience using AI-assisted design tools as part of a modern design workflow.

Compensation & Logistics

• Location: Remote, India.

• Compensation: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,500,000 per year (₹10–₹15 LPA)
